If there is rain or inclemant weather, we will contact you prior to delivery of your bounce house or other entertainment. You will have the option of requesting that we perform the service booked on a different date or that we proceed with delivery and setup. We do not provide refunds in the event of rain. We cannot operate inflatables or electrical devices in the rain, it is dangerous and there is a risk of electrocution.
